Here i s long list of healthy foods i eat to keep me on my weight watcher diet losing weight just about every time.Here is a new saying for you.

            DON'T DELAY YOU WILL SHOUT HORRAY WHEN YOU SEE THE RESULTES.

BREAKFAST MENU

1 bowl of flavored oatmeal.

1 bowl of fruit salad

1 egg white omelet

2 pieces of raisin bread

1 cup tomato juice

LUNCH MENU

2 pieces of roasted chicken with paprika. with dipping sauce.

1 roast beef sandwich

2 red skin potatoes

1 bag of sweet corn

1 bag of sweet peas

1 bowl of chicken soup

1 bowl of caesar salad with light dressing with very little or no croutons.

1 cup of milk if you are not allergic

DINNER

1 bag of pot roast banquet crock pot mix.

1 jazzy joe's chicken wrap

meat on the barbaque

1 red bell pepper           make sure you get i table spoon of olive oil.

1 yellow bell pepper

1 piece of yellow butternut squash roasted

2 cups of milk.

MORE FRUITS

2 dark green half slices of seedless watermelon

1 container of dark orange cantaloupe

1 container of dark green honeydew

1 container of big blueberries

1 container of dark red strawberries

1 container of big and puffy blackberries

1 navel orange

1 soft peach

2 dark yellow bananas

1 bag of crunchy purple seedless grapes

1 coconut if you are not allegoric

1 dark yellow pineapple

2 dark red mangoes

1 bottle of fruit flavored water

SNACKS

2 Dixie cup of ice cream. or 2 ice pops

2 bags of 100 calorie packs

2 granola bars.

1 small bag of pretzels

EXERCISE

i exercise with koga

i exercise by playing basketball

i exercise by going bowling

i walk around the lake with my family.

MORE TIPS

light salt tastes just as good as regular salt.

Al ways read the back of the labels.

portion control eat a medium amount 5x per day.

come to a weight watcher meeting for free and get more tips. it only costs money if you decide to weighed in.

watch out for snacks at holiday time. they are loaded with unhealthy things in them. instead i carry 2 granola bars with me.

i read success stories from the magazines.

if it looks unhealthy i usually will not eat it.

weight watchers sells a points calculator so you can see how much points something is,  recipe books, a pedometer, and many other health products. more info at www.weightwatchers.com.

i only eat out once per weak because fast food has a lot of extra points.

never wait till after the holidays till you eat healthy the average weight gain for a year is 15 pounds.

i love i can't believe it not butter. it tastes very good. Less fat than butter. looks like butter, tastes like butter, and even melts like butter.

macaroni and cheese    9 points.

sugar cereal           5  points average.

cake                          12 per slice.
